I'm Manoj working as "Business Manager" here at SGS Technologie. I'm basically a software engineer from Anna University – Chennai.

  My current assignment here is to build dynamic and smart teams that can individually set-up their own visions and missions. dreamZhunt is just my attempt to reward the best technopreneurs. Please correct me in the process incase you think something can be done better. My goal is to connect with the best minds in our industry through this event.

  On the personal side, I'm a typical "workaholic" but love the weekend hang-outs with my close buddies. I'm one really LAZYYYYY person who hasn't seen the clock until its  9 AM for the past few years.

  I think events like dreamZhunt are important to attract and retain the best talent in companies. "Selling the time" had become a very old fashion in IT industry. The trend is to "reward the performance". I sincerely hope this approach would answer the problem of "attrition rates" in (Indian) IT companies.

  I'll be hosting this dreamZhunt event with a major help from my other friends here. Apart from attracting the best talent, I would also love to invite the prospective judges for this event. If you think you can throw some valuable opinions on the ideas submitted or you know someone who can do this, please do buzz me at manoj(at)dreamzhunt(dot)com with the details. This is Jaishree with a background in Mass Comunications. I have a facsination for crosswords and quizzing and enjoy meeting new people and friends. I am the Corporate Communications Executive at SGS Technologie.

dreamZhunt is a dream venture for us. It has been an exciting journey for the team right from the word “GO”. It has been a pleasurable experience to build the dreamZhunt team.

And to think that, the objective behind this venture is, to welcome more smart people and see them build their own teams and businesses, gives me an awesome feeling.

We hope to see a lot passionate people joining hands with us in this venture, and realize dreams together. I will be taking care of all communication related activities for this event, be it with the Dreamers, or the guests or the media, or even with our own SGS Technologie team members.

This is Vinoth. I’m proud to be a part of dreamZhunt team. Interestingly, I’m also its webmaster. Although I finished my college as a commerce graduate, my immense interest in designing  and my creativity (people say so-not me) made me to jump into multimedia.   I think dreamzhunt is a fortune and it is the best opportunity to make your dreams come true – be it your childhood ambitions or a recent passion in technology industry. Iam a software engineer by profession and my favourite ones are php/mysql combination.I am interested more in developing my technical skills.

Being a part of this team iam proud to use this venture as a source for opening minds and for breaking down the barriers in expressing your dreams and making them in to reality.Personally i feel this is a very good opportunity through which people can reward their innovative ideas.

I know my title sounds weird for this event, but my friends like it that way. Anyway, I work in HR department of SGS Technologie and dreamZhunt is a great way to locate the coolest guys in our industry. With a background in engineering, I'm passionate about a career in HR. I'm also doing my MBA (HR)

My mission is to assist in formal procedures and streamline the processes here. Rather than machine interaction,I like human interaction. Interacting with people is my key interest.

I would say 'Dare to dream” despite your problems and situations. .dreamZhunt is one that is intended to give life to your dreams. I take immense pleasure in being a part of this team.
