Depending on your submission type (public or confidential), your idea would be put up for voting.

For "public" submissions, your idea would be rated by both public and our panel of judges with appropriate weightage.

For confidential submissions, your idea would be rated only by our panel and internal team.

   
  The Grand Finale
 

The dreamZhunt Grand Finale is the penultimate hunting ground, where the top 10 ideas will vie for the top 3 rankings. Its an all expenses paid trip to the event in Chennai, where the participants will get an exciting chance to interact with the industry experts on one-on-one basis. The participants will be judged on different parameters ranging from their presentations, problem solving skills, to managerial skills. Thus the panel's decision will be based on the overall performance of the participant. The top 3 ideas will be felicitated and honoured. From here onwards, there is no looking back, dreamZhunt....
